El Encanto Waiver - Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims - To the full extent permitted by law, El Encanto and their owners, successors and assigns are not responsible for any death, dismemberment, injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person while using El Encanto facilities, caused in any manner whatsoever, except to the extent arising from the wilful negligence of El Encanto.  Any litigation involving the parties to this agreement shall be brought solely within the State of Queensland and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Queensland. El Encanto means The Trustee for the Rapidoz Trust ABN 13913156640, its successors and assigns.

There are two bathrooms and three showers available. There is a large kitchen & bar, with an open area for dining and relaxing. Please keep the on-site facilities clean. The shared areas are cleaned regularly. Please wash and dry all shared cooking and eating implements in the kitchen and bar, clean tables and chairs as they are used.

We live on the second driest continent on Earth. Please use water wisely. Most running water on-site comes from the mains water. Please turn off taps. If refilling your vehicles, please use the tap and long blue hose near the rubbish bins. 

The electrical outlets on the green Brick Wall are 15amp, 3 pins. The electrical outlets in all other shared site areas are 3 pins and are for regular household items, e.g. charging mobile phones. Please use only the plugs provided.

Please use the bins provided for all waste disposal. There are separate bins for general waste, bottles and cardboard. Disposal of oils, toilet waste, grey water on-site is prohibited. Waste water dumps are available locally but not on-site.

Open fires are prohibited on-site. There is fire equipment around the property, it is signed. If a fire breaks out, please call Fire and Emergency Services on 000. Please advise administration if you see a fire hazard.

In Australia, call 000 for emergency services including Police, Fire and Ambulance.  We are close to 3 major hospitals, one ambulance and one police station so you are secure in getting help quickly. You could let us know by texting 0404138741 if there is a serious situation.

Please do not tamper with any gas fittings or outlets or bottles on-site. Please turn off all gas appliances in the kitchen.

Please protect us, each other and the community. Do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID19. Please seek medical assistance. Please wash your hands with soap and water before using shared spaces.  Please remove all rubbish, clean all shared items including tables and cooking/eating implements. Please keep the shared spaces tidy and free of your personal items. PLEASE keep your parking bay area clean of rubbish. Dispose of rubbish carefully in the bins provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving in a manner which can endanger or annoy our other site users. Smoking is permitted in the parking areas. There is a smoking table and chairs provided near the water and waste shed at the back right side of the property. Please dispose of your cigarette butts carefully in the butt bins. Vaping and smoking is not permitted inside the shared dining and rest areas.
